The British government through their High Commissioner to Lesotho Oliver Kaye gave this fund, to the best of my knowledge to the Lesotho government for the establishment of a Revenue Authority.
My brother as a minister used his power to divert this money to South Africa and deposited it on my name with a Security Company as consignment so that when he steps out of office, he will use it as his personal property.
